Chris Wragg is a registered psychologist with over 15 years’ experience working with clients in both the welfare and private sector. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Psychology) and is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Chris has a caring, gentle, and non-judgemental approach to working with people. He supports his clients to develop a therapy plan based on their individual needs, strengths, and aspirations. He is passionate about supporting people to overcome challenges and empowering them to make positive changes in their lives.

His areas of interest and expertise include working with individuals with anxiety disorders, including phobias and social anxiety. He also has a strong interest in helping people whose perfectionist tendencies cause distress and hold them back from living their best life.

Chris also assists people managing sleeping problems such as insomnia and supports individuals facing major life changes such as retrenchment and retirement.
