EIRINI LAMMI

Clinical Psychologist

Eirini is a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of practice across primary and secondary school settings, not-for-profit organisations, and private practice. Known for her calm, confident, and compassionate approach, she provides evidence-based psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults. 
 
Eirini supports individuals (from 4 years onwards) experiencing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, mood and depressive disorders, trauma, relationship difficulties, workplace/School stress, personality concerns, and adjustment to major life changes.  
Her therapeutic style is person-centred and collaborative, drawing on evidence-based approaches. 
 
In addition to therapy, Eirini has extensive experience conducting comprehensive clinical and neuropsychological assessments. She specialises in differential diagnosis and uses gold-standard psychometric tools to assess neurodevelopmental conditions (including Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD), cognitive functioning, and learning profiles. Her assessments are thorough, individualised, and strengths-based, providing practical recommendations and tailored reports including NDIS.  
 
Eirini’s practice is grounded in a neuro-affirming, strengths-focused philosophy that recognises and celebrates individual differences while supporting meaningful growth and wellbeing.
