Beyond managing symptoms, she encourages the development of greater self-worth, agency, and problem-solving skills, assisting clients to build self-trust and compassion.

She has a special interest in neuro-affirming assessment and intervention for autism and ADHD, especially for children, adolescents, and young adults whose needs may have been misunderstood or overlooked.

Kelse conducts comprehensive cognitive and adaptive assessments and provides strengths-based recommendations to support clients across home, school, work, and community settings.
