Louise is a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience in both public and private sectors. She is a skilled and compassionate therapist, working with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults. She holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology.

Louise is trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, CBT for Eating Disorders, Family-Based Therapy (FBT) for Eating Disorders, Schema Therapy, Circle of Security, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is also an accredited Trauma-Focused CBT Supervisor and a Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA)-approved supervisor, as well as a registered CBTi practitioner with the Australasian Sleep Association.

Committed to providing a warm and safe space, Louise works collaboratively with her clients to explore and address issues impacting their mental health and well-being. Her goal is to empower individuals to lead happier, more fulfilling lives, tailoring each therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs.

Louise has a special interest in trauma and attachment, anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, eating disorders, mood disorders, behaviour management and parenting.​
