Registered Psychologist
Sian is a registered psychologist with over seven years of experience working across community-based organisations, government sectors, and private practice, supporting individuals across the lifespan, including children, teenagers, and adults, in both assessment and therapy contexts. She is committed to providing a warm, grounded, and affirming therapeutic approach. She is a skilled and compassionate therapist who creates a safe space for clients to explore the complexities of the human experience—often reminding them, as Winnie the Pooh once said, “You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.”
Sian has a special interest in neuro-affirming assessments for autism and ADHD, and is dedicated to fostering inclusive, strengths-based practices that honour each individual’s unique neurodivergent profile. She is experienced in delivering tailored psychological assessments and providing recommendations that support clients in their home, school, work and community environments.
Drawing on a collaborative, person-centred approach, Sian integrates a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities. She is also trained in the Circle of Security program, a relationship-based early intervention that helps caregivers understand and respond to their child’s emotional needs, strengthen attachment bonds, and promote secure, healthy relationships.
Passionate about helping clients deepen their connection to mind, body, and spirit, Sian supports individuals to cultivate self-compassion, resilience, and a more confident relationship with themselves. She walks alongside her clients as they take gentle, transformative steps towards greater well-being, self-understanding, and empowerment.
