Sian Donaldson is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Psychologist with a Master’s in Professional Psychology and over seven years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults. She has a special interest in neuro-affirming assessments for autism and ADHD, and is committed to fostering inclusive, strengths-based practices that honour each individual’s unique neurodivergent profile.

Sian is passionate about helping her clients cultivate a more confident and trusting relationship with themselves, deepening their connection to mind, body, and spirit. She believes that healing begins with the courage to turn inward—with curiosity, compassion, and acceptance. As Carl Rogers beautifully stated, “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”

Taking a collaborative and person-centred approach, Sian tailors her therapeutic methods to align with each client’s goals, values, and lived experience. She understands that personal growth can be both daunting and transformative, and supports clients to take gentle, meaningful steps toward lasting change and empowerment.

Sian’s therapeutic presence is warm, grounded, and affirming. She holds space for the complexities of the human experience, gently reminding clients, as Winnie the Pooh once said: “You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.”
