Clinical Psychologist
Carmel is a Clinical Psychologist who enjoys helping clients explore their difficulties and pursue meaningful changes in their lives. She is passionate about helping her clients develop healthy coping mechanisms and building resilience to lead fulfilling lives. Carmel takes a holistic view to help clients live a full and meaningful life, helping them to achieve better life balance, and develop a healthier relationship with themselves, others and their body.

Carmel has worked in the public and private sectors for more than 20 years including: Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, The Sydney Clinic (Private Psychiatric Hospital) and in private practice. She has extensive experience in the psychological assessment, treatment and counselling of individuals and group therapy. Carmel has worked in a broad range of areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioural problems, eating disorders and obesity, body image, self-esteem and addiction.
