Claudia is a registered psychologist who is known for supporting her clients with energy and enthusiasm. She has previously studied psychology and gained her registration with the University of Waikato in New Zealand before moving to Australia in 2021.

Claudia applies a wide range of techniques in her provision of psychological therapies. Her solution-focused approach encompasses techniques such as emotional interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Claudia is able to assist clients with a range of presentations that include, but are not limited to: anxiety, phobias, aggression, improving social skills, dealing with trauma symptoms, couple work, managing symptoms of ADHD, procrastination, work place burnout and adjustment disorder.

Having previously worked as a support worker and behaviour support practitioner, Claudia has long supported individuals with their patterns of thought and behaviour. In particular, Claudia has been a life-long advocate for supporting the interests, rights, and wellbeing of persons with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Her insight into of lived experience of her clients helped motivate her to study psychology and build her skills in therapy and group training.

Bachelor of Social Science
